Jessica Bulman-Pozen is a Faculty Director for the Center for Constitutional Governance and Betts Professor of Law at Columbia Law School. She teaches and writes about administrative law, constitutional law, and federalism. She previously served as an attorney-adviser in the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel and a law clerk to Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Merrick B.
