Please join the Center for Constitutional Governance and the Constitutional Democracy Initiative for a conversation on Trump v. Anderson with Stuart McPhail, Senior Litigation Counsel at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, to discuss whether the Colorado Supreme Court was justified in disqualifying Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential primary ballot, on the basis of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.
